Ingredients:
- 3 cups of flour
- 1.5 cube (375 grams) of margarine
- 2/3 (as in two thirds) cup of milk
- 2 teaspoons baking poweder
- 1,5 cup of sugar
- 6 eggs
- 5 tablespoons of cocoa
- 0.5 cupo of raisins
- 0,5 teaspoon of ground cardamom (optional)
Method:
Boil margarine, sugar, milk and cocoa for about 10 minutes. Set aside to cool. Whip egg whites until they form stiff foam and set aside.
Mix in egg yolks, flour, cardamom and raisins into the cooled mixture from initial step, then fold in the egg white, gently.
Pour into a cake tin greased with butter and lined with breadcrumbs. Baking parchment will do as well.
Bake approx. 45 minutes in 180C
